At 21st Century Self Defense L.L.C. we specialize in American Kenpo combined with a Free Style Ground Self Defense system. The system is designed to use leverage along with other self defense techniques to defend yourself against any size attacker in almost any situation. Our Martial Arts are taught in a Private or Semi-Private setting for an in depth, one on one instruction. Group Martial Arts Clases are availible for basic instruction and physical fitness. Class enrollment is availible at anytime. Our students are encouraged to participate in light contact Point Sparring Tournaments which aid in the development of confidence, physical fitness and discipline.
