Here at 21st Century Self Defense we offer a Womens only Kick Boxing/Boxing Exercise Class for beginners to advanced skill levels. Students participate in an actual Kick Boxing/Boxing circuit workout that our Competition Team uses when they train, except for sparring. The Kick Boxing/Boxing Circuit provides cardio exercise along with full body conditioning for a complete workout while building confidence and boosting self esteem.
